INTRODUCTION
A different life often begins with seeing the one you are already living more clearly.
Women who spend their working lives caring, leading and carrying responsibility often become exceptionally good at keeping everything moving. They solve problems, support others and do what needs to be done.
Yet there can come a point when being capable is no longer the same as feeling fulfilled.
Perhaps something no longer feels right, even though you cannot quite explain why. Perhaps the person you have become is still serving everyone around you, but no longer leaves enough room for you. Or perhaps you simply know that the next part of your life needs to be chosen more consciously than the last.
This is where my personal work begins.
I create thoughtful, private spaces in which conversation, stories and shared reflection allow you to recognise yourself between the lines. Not by analysing you, teaching you a lesson or telling you how your life should look—but by helping you see what may have become difficult to notice from inside it.
THE IMMERSION EXPERIENCE
Time and space to see differently.
The Immersion Experience is a private, confidential half-day experience created for women in veterinary and healthcare professions.
It is not conventional coaching, nor an extended conversation about everything that has gone wrong. It is a carefully guided experience that draws upon human behaviour, Strategic Intervention, stories and reflective conversation to help you recognise the patterns shaping your choices—and consider what else may now be possible.
You do not need to arrive with your whole story prepared or all the answers. You only need to know that something matters enough to look at more closely and be willing to step forward.
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE ROLE
There is more to you than the part of you everyone relies upon.
My personal work is for women who want to understand themselves more deeply and make the next part of life more consciously their own.
You may be accomplished, relied upon and outwardly strong, yet know there is more to you than the role you perform for everyone else.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is an invitation to see more clearly who you already are when expectation, habit and responsibility no longer speak first.

I am Dustie Houchin: an osteopath, Allied Health Professional, founder and strategic business builder whose work has always centred on people.
For almost three decades, my work has taken me through clinical practice, international higher education, veterinary education, leadership, business development and multi-site operations. I have built organisations, worked with professional and regulatory communities, led people through pressure and change, and studied the patterns that influence why we do what we do—even when those patterns no longer serve us.
That breadth matters because our personal and professional lives do not exist in separate rooms. The way we lead, care, decide, communicate and carry responsibility is shaped by the person beneath the role.
My work brings those worlds together with warmth, candour and a deep respect for the intelligence of the woman in front of me.
